Who I am

Link Reflexology is run by Ludovic Vanhee in Folkestone, Kent. I am responsible for the personal data you share with me. Contact: hello@link-reflexology.co.uk.

What I collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, to answer your question.
• Bookings: your name, email address, phone number and, for home visits, your address, to plan and confirm your session. Bookings run through Cal.com, which checks my availability in my calendar.
• Treatment records: before and during your sessions I keep notes about your health and your treatment. I only do this with your consent, to give you safe and appropriate care.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your data and I don't share it for marketing. I use a few services to run the website and bookings: Netlify (website hosting and the contact form), Cal.com (bookings) and Google (calendar and email). They only process your data on my behalf.

How long I keep it

Messages: up to one year. Treatment records: 10 years after your last session.

Your rights

You can ask me to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how I use it. Email me at hello@link-reflexology.co.uk. If you're not happy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
