Your first session

Your first session takes 1 hour 15 minutes, at the same price as a regular session. The extra time is for a short conversation before we start: how you're doing, your health in general and what you'd like from the session. Then we start the reflexology.

A regular session takes an hour.

Bookings are online only. Payment is in cash.

What is reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle, hands-on therapy. I apply pressure to specific points on your feet. Most people come for an hour of rest and time for themselves.

I work with the Duopody method: I treat both feet at the same time, instead of one foot after the other. I trained in Duopody as part of my Level 5 qualification in clinical reflexology.

You sit back in a comfy recliner chair, fully dressed. Only your shoes and socks come off.

Neurodivergent-friendly

I welcome everyone, and I pay extra attention to neurodivergent clients. Whether you're autistic, have ADHD or are neurodivergent in another way, you don't have to explain yourself or mask. Together we look at what works for you, for example:

  • soft or dimmed light
  • silence, or quiet music if you prefer
  • firmer or lighter pressure, and a clear warning before I touch your feet
  • talking, or no talking at all
  • a home visit, if a new place feels like too much
  • clear information in advance, so you know exactly what will happen
  • a break or stopping early, whenever you want

Reflexology is a complementary therapy. It does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions and does not replace medical care. Please keep seeing your GP or specialist for any health concerns.
